Return and Refund Policy

Return

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition. Products (including packaging material; Primary and secondary packaging) must be undamaged and unused and sealed, any compensation for damage caused by the customer directly or indirectly through a bad delivery is hereby expressly excluded. Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items if they have been damaged, opened, used or any seals are broken.
  • Return request must be sent to info@zaffrane.ch within 5 calendar days from the time of collection or delivery, including order number or proof of purchase, complete name and address of client and the reason for return and refund.
  • In case of damaged, Incorrect and incomplete deliveries, they must be reported within 5 calendar days from the time of collection or delivery to info@zaffrane.ch;

Refund

  • Return request must be sent to info@zaffrane.ch within 5 calendar days from the time of collection or delivery, including order number or proof of purchase, complete name and address of client and the reason for return and refund.
  • Once we receive your email, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • The refund will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery.
  • In case of return and refund approval, customer will be informed via email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 to 10 days.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the Zaffrane Sàrl without any return -refund confirmation from seller.
  • Zaffrane reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to users.

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@zaffrane.ch .

Exchange

  • To be eligible for an exchange, products must be in their original condition. Products (including packaging material; Primary and secondary packaging) must be undamaged and unused and sealed, any compensation for damage caused by the customer directly or indirectly through a bad delivery is hereby expressly excluded. Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items if they have been damaged, opened, used or any seals are broken. We only replace items in case of Incorrect and incomplete
  • Exchange request must be sent to info@zaffrane.ch within 5 calendar days from the time of collection or delivery, including order number or proof of purchase, complete name and address of client and the reason for exchange.
  • The exchange will not include the import duties or the cost of delivery.

 

Shipping returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to info@zaffrane.ch
  • Return costs are customers responsibilities. The seller is not responsible for exchange cost of shipping and import duties.
  • Depending on customers location/country, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
