First method
- Grind the saffron filaments in a mortar to release faster and better color and flavor.
- Ground saffron in little hot water and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Add the liquid soaked from saffron to food/drink.
- Use saffron filaments as decoration.
Second method
- Lay down saffron threads in a glass.
- Add some ice cubes.
- Leave it to thaw at room temperature.
