How to Use and Recipes

First method

  • Grind the saffron filaments in a mortar to release faster and better color and flavor.
  • Ground saffron in little hot water and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Add the liquid soaked from saffron to food/drink.
  • Use saffron filaments as decoration.

Second method

  • Lay down saffron threads in a glass.
  • Add some ice cubes.
  • Leave it to thaw at room temperature.
