Saffron Sauce

Ingredients

  • Saffron sauce
  • 6 small shallots, chopped
  • 2 cups of wine
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
  • ½ teaspoon saffron

Method

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Add the crushed shallots.
  3. Add the wine and cook for 7 minutes.
  4. Add pepper, salt, cream, and saffron and mix everything together.
  5. Lower the temperature and continue to stir for 5 minutes.
  6. Pass the sauce through a filter and pour into a container.
  7. Enjoy.
