Ingredients
- Saffron sauce
- 6 small shallots, chopped
- 2 cups of wine
- 1 cup of cream
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon saffron
Method
- Melt the butter.
- Add the crushed shallots.
- Add the wine and cook for 7 minutes.
- Add pepper, salt, cream, and saffron and mix everything together.
- Lower the temperature and continue to stir for 5 minutes.
- Pass the sauce through a filter and pour into a container.
- Enjoy.
